		<description>And I&#039;m sorry I have to keep reiterating this, but when on God&#039;s green earth are you going to do something about getting soft drink bottlers and canners to be responsible for their containers in the waste stream? After the success in getting booze purveyors to recycle their waste, which used to, more often than not, litter roadsides and parks, you&#039;ve totally dropped the ball on getting these sugar and water dealers online with the idea of deposit/return.</description>
