At the State of the City address that I delivered on the weekend, hosted by the Guelph Civic League at their new location at 10 Carden Street, one of the attendees asked about the status of the Urban Forestry Master Plan. I had received a report on the matter the day before but hadn’t had a chance to review it. Now I have and here it is:
