This morning I attended a half day workshop on understanding and promoting diversity and inclusion.
The workshop leader, Laraine Kamisky (Global Diversity Strategist and Speaker), took us through an interactive process to better understand the principles of diversity and how we can weave inclusivity into the fabric of City Hall.
