This survey is part of our efforts to build on our customer service, and meet our strategic plan target of having the highest municipal customer service satisfaction rating of any comparable-sized Canadian community. When Ipsos-Reid conducted a survey for us in 2008, they found that 89% of residents were satisfied with the level and quality of service provided by the City. While this is an impressive satisfaction rating, we know there is room for improvement.
