I recently had an energy retailer at my door asking to see my Guelph Hydro bill and account number.
It is my practice not to provide my utility bill or account number to anyone at the door.

Another ranking – this time community safety

Today in the Globe and Mail there was a report on a new Canadian Crime Severity Index.
Guelph came out on top as the most safe community with an index score of 57.7.
The Canadian average was 90.
The worst score was 163.1

Turning 100

A resident of Guelph recently turned 100.  I was able to attend a birthday party for Gladys Ewing at the Norfolk Manor.
