Transforming the Way the City Does Business: Citizen-focused Service Delivery

This morning, I delivered my annual State of the City address to a packed audience. Thanks to the Guelph Chamber of Commerce for once again hosting this event.

This year, I spoke about what we are doing to transform how we do business as a local government. I gave examples of initiatives that illustrate this transformation.

We will continue to be driven by our mission to be the best run city in Canada as well as having one of the lowest unemployment and crime rates, and highest quality of life.
