    Great work telling the Guelph story. Kelly and a member of the Neighbourhood Support Coalition are also presenting in NYC this weekend. There was a full house at the Centre for Civic Governance “The Future is Local” session today here in BC as well on participatory budgeting. It might be timely to start looking at where else we can start “doing business differently” in Guelph — ie. the Community Investment Strategy, arts, culture and heritage grants, parks and recreation programming….?
