Neat idea that would make Guelph standout more. Just need to find the money to do it!. I would also suggest we do something with the bridge under the main railway viaduct beside Macdonell at Woolwich as well. It is a nice spot looking toward the old Woods factory and the river.
Almost anything would be better than the current rusty look of the Gordon/Waterloo bridges. I tried to contact CN about the bad state of the bridges years ago, but they put me on to the Godderich/Exeter Railway (who leases the railway). Godderich/Exter did not respond to e-mail. Good luck getting anyone to fix up these nasty bridges!

The bridge you just built on Wyndham Street downtown is much nicer.
