November 5, 2012

Blog, Caring Community

It was recently reported that 14,000 more Canadians need to donate blood in order to keep up with the demand. According to the Canadian Blood Services, 130 appointments to donate blood are needed in Guelph.

50 donors could save someone injured in a car accident and up to five donors to help someone go through cancer treatment. For more details go to:

An act of giving blood could therefore, make a difference and save a life. This Friday is Random Act of Kindness Day in our City. I encourage you to donate blood.
