Raymond James Ltd. confirmed as new building owner in Hanlon Creek Business Park

GUELPH, ON, September 30, 2013 – It has been confirmed that investment firm Raymond James Ltd. will occupy a planned 5,000 sq ft building on recently purchased land in the Hanlon Creek Business Park.

“I am happy to welcome Raymond James to its new home in the Hanlon Creek Business Park,’ says Mayor Karen Farbridge. “We are seeing the return of our investment in the purchase and servicing of these lands. It is rewarding to see Council’s vision being executed.”

Guelph based Ramar Contractors has been retained to construct the professional office building on the 1.1 acre lot. The company has set aggressive timelines with construction slated to begin later this month and expected occupancy in 2014.
