St. John School wins $45,000

Congratulations to St. John School for winning $45,000 from AVIVA for their school greening project. Fantastic! Their amazing spirit was recognized by AVIVA and they were chosen to host Canada AM for the announcement of the awards. Lots of fundraising charity work in our city over the weekend.  I was able to flip some burgers for the 20th Anniversy of M & M Meat Shops Charity BBQ Day for colitis and Crohn’s Disease. I also joined walkers raising awareness and funds for Lupus.
